All SLUC educational programs, except social events, are considered for Continuing Real Estate, AICP CM and AESLAGID continuing education credits.  Below are helpful links concerning our policies and more.

The MN Department of Commerce has made recent changes in the criteria needed for program approval.   These changes can result in denial of approval for some of our programs. SLUC is committed to applying for approval for every program and will continue to make our best efforts to meet the standards set for content and speakers, as required by the MnDOC, although approval is not guaranteed.  (2.3.16)

The Sensible Land Use Coalition is an AICP CM approved provider.

  • Minnesota Real Estate licensing
  • AICP CM reporting for planners

NOTE:  Recent changes to the AICP CM reporting website have resulted in confusion for planners applying for credit.  When applying for credits, the program code for the 1.20.16 program is:  9007135.

If you encounter problems, please contact Alisa Moore at the APA (2.3.16).
