The vision for the site is one that weaves into the existing community. Supporting walking, biking and transit, while providing services, jobs and activities which every generation can enjoy. A monumental project with insight into a variety of topics applicable to other markets.

In addition to the general history of the Ford Plant Barranco will share his insight into:

·     The City of St. Paul’s planning process prior to his involvement.

·     The vision, planning and entitlement process to date as well as what the project will look like.

·     How the concepts, innovation and ideas from this project can apply to other markets.

·     The different opportunities and challenges of the site, from traffic and density to connecting to existing infrastructure and amenities.

·     How Ryan Companies is working to manage neighborhood expectations, opposition and support.
