George Hoff of Hoff Barry, P.A. for appellant

Rob A. Stefonowicz of Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren Ltd. for respondents

Points of discussion:

  • What the case was about and how this is different from Country Joe, Inc. Vs. City of Eagan.
  • How this is different from sewer and water charges.
  • What was decided and what wasn't decided.
  • How cities can ensure that needed road improvements are made.
  • Should developers alone be required to pay for regional road improvements?
  • Does eliminating this fee make development more affordable?
  • How do other states pay for these improvements?
  • What options do we have and how shoud these improvements be paid for.
